In addition to my undergraduate coursework, I also recently starting taking upper level Mechanical Engineeing courses. I've been accepted to a M.Eng Nuclear Engineering at NCSU and will be working to further my education this fall. I want to be a tutor because while I was in middle and high school I didn't have the best math/science background which made starting a degree in science seem daunting. I want to be able to show kids that math and science is fun and super interesting so they can look forward to taking those types of classes in high school and/or college.
